We're partnering with a thriving construction company in Broxburn who are adding a Finance & Office Assistant to their team.

You'll get involved in everything from high‑volume invoice processing to payroll, Sage admin, office coordination, and even a little HR support. This role is ideal for someone who likes variety and taking ownership.

This role involves handling the full invoice processing cycle - managing up to 200 invoices weekly with accuracy, consistency, and efficiency.
