Caretaker needed - Temp to Permanent - Nottingham - Needed for Start of New year

The role will involve:

Carrying out security procedures for the buildings and grounds. Including patrols, alarm checks and ensuring the security of the building at lock up
Routine and nonroutine opening and closing and security of premises and grounds
Carry out general maintenance work and repairs such as painting
Induct and direct contractors to sites. Inspect work of contractors and sign as complete where appropriate
Ensure winter weather procedures are followed including supporting with heat control and gritting
Report any repairs that require specialist assistance to the Team Leader through the helpdesk
Ensure effective use estate systems including the helpdesk and smart log system. Ensuring jobs are completed and recorded
Complete and facilitate group vehicle checks and services
Litter pick, rubbish removal and recycling to be carried out efficiently and in timely manner
Receive delivery of stock, materials etc. and ensuring appropriate storage

Be willing to work outside of normal working hours to cover Group events and lettings
- including weekend working

Work together as a team to ensure maximum group effectiveness and efficiencies are achieved
Complete Fire Marshall and First Aid training so to support when required
All Health & Safety issues need to be reported and areas made safe as required
