Job description

We're looking for a dynamic, experienced Head of Operations to join our award-winning Philanthropy Services team.

You'll be team-focused and highly organised, overseeing day-to-day operations to deliver a high-quality service to high net-worth and ultra high net-worth donors in the UK, and driving forward our offering and capabilities.

We currently serve over 800 generous Christian donors in the UK giving £25,000 or more per year.

You will be responsible for managing a team of client-facing account managers, and you'll help shape our exceptional customer experience whilst developing our service and product offerings.


You'll be joining a supportive and committed team who are passionate about removing the burdens and barriers of charitable giving and maximising impact through exceptional service and building relationship and community.


This role is covered by an Occupational Requirement (OR) under Part 1 of Schedule 9 to the Equality Act 2010.

The successful applicant will be expected to be a practising Christian and to clearly demonstrate a personal commitment to the mission, principles, values and practices contained in our Ethos Statement.
