Description
The key duties of the post are as follows:

  • Provision of day to day business support to clients.
  • Answering telephone calls, dealing with enquiries and responding to queries in a timely, courteous and efficient manner and accurately logging information.
  • Establishing and maintaining a professional and friendly working relationship with clients and colleagues.
  • Communicate and liaise verbally and in writing between clients/visitors/enquirers and staff and interpret and respond clearly and effectively to spoken requests over the phone or in person, and to verbal or written instructions
