About the role


Working collaboratively with multiple teams as a key part of the Programme Management Office (PMO), you will need to be able to listen, communicate, and engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Your goal is to ensure that all projects within the programme are well organised, run smoothly, and that your team within the PMO - as well as the wider project teams - have visibility of the right information at the right time.

You will support the PMO by championing best practice and following our project governance processes.

Your skills and ability allow you to select the most appropriate approach to support project delivery.

The Project Coordinator will therefore be actively involved in the evolution of our ways of working.


This is a hybrid role supporting a broader team, so you will need to be able to attend our Head Office in Bar Hill, Cambridge, at least once a week.


About you
You have proven initiative and the ability to champion a programme or project from concept to implementation.

Supported by the Programme Manager and Project Managers, your knowledge and experience of delivering projects within a cross functional team environment enables you to work seamlessly with multiple stakeholders.

Knowledge of software or agile management styles may be beneficial.

Your flexibility and agility enable you to focus on performance by working with the team to find the most suitable solution to a challenge, ensuring that our work delivers value back to the organisation.

You may particularly enjoy this role if you have an interest or previous experience in digital transformation / technology.
