IBK is currently working with a lovely family who are seeking to recruit a calm and friendly PA to support their father. This gent is in his late 80's and has dementia. The focus of the role is to ensure he has a good quality of life and has access to his local community to do the things he enjoys. This might include visiting dementia friendly groups and places and chatting about life The ideal PA will be able to offer flexible support and be proactive in enabling him to stay as independant and active as possible.
Essential

A resilient nature

A car driver with use of a ehicle

Desirable

An understanding of the nature of this type of support work.
Experience and understanding of dementia
Having interests, hobbies and skills you could share

Hours:
9am-5pm Saturdays and Sundays.

This post could be split between 2 PA's or be one role for 1 PA.

Part-time hours: 8-16 per week

Salary:
£15.00 per hour
