Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Server to join our client's team at Royal Victoria Dock. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. Please note this is a split shift job (Lunch 12-3PM Dinner 6-10:30PM) Tuesday to Sunday

Lunch and Dinner Provided

Duties:

Greet guests and escort them to their tables

Present menus and provide detailed information on food and beverage options

Take accurate food and drink orders from guests

Relay orders to the kitchen and ensure timely delivery of meals

Serve food and beverages to guests with professionalism and attention to detail

Check on guests throughout their dining experience to ensure satisfaction

Clear tables and maintain cleanliness of the dining area

Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately

Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations

Experience:

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required

Knowledge of basic maths skills for handling payments and making change

Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices

Strong customer service skills with the ability to anticipate guest needs

Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Basic knowledge of culinary terms and menu items is a plus

Excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively

Salary:
From £12.00 per hour
