You will help to make Nando's the best place to work for our people and the best place to visit for our visitors by supporting the delivery of the Nando's ExPERience for all those who work and visit our office in Putney.
What are the key responsibilities?
In your role you will....
- create a fired-up environment that supports our culture and brand; and enables our Central Support nandocas and visitors to our Putney office to enjoy their work and be the best that they can be
- knowingly take care of our culture, and role model what it means to be a nandoca in Nando's
- provide a warm welcome, fond farewell and everything in between for all those who visit and work in the office, creating a sense of family with everyone you interact with
- open and close the reception area and all communal floors each morning/afternoon
- conduct walk throughs of the building throughout the day to ensure that all Nando's standards and legal requirements are met, and to ensure all communal areas and kitchens are clean, well-stocked up and set up for use
- coordinate any repairs and maintenance required on the fixtures, fittings, equipment or building with our suppliers
- manage meeting room occupancy and requests
- ensure all training and meeting room equipment is available and kept in good order
- organise catering through our suppliers for events and meetings where required
- manage post and postal equipment, ensuring post reaches the right people within the building or for external posting
- manage parking requests
- manage daily communication with the cleaning and security companies to ensure that they are aware of updates requiring their attention
- support the Central Support ExPERience Manager in managing potential or actual emergency situations in line with our plans
Who will you work closely with?
You will work closely with the following people:
- All Nandocas who visit or work in Erico House
- All visitors to Erico House
- Property team
- Safety team
- People team
- Nonfood procurement
- Putney restaurant team
- 3rd party suppliers for services associated with but not limited to:
- Cleaning
- Grounds maintenance
- Building maintenance
- Security
- Catering
