About The Role:


We are seeking a Multi Skilled Operative to join us on our new Facilities Management Contract working mobile across Yorkshire County. GRAHAM FM will provide services related to both planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance of facilities in relation to mechanical and electrical assets, building fabric, roofing, roller shutter doors, fire alarm systems and domestic gas boilers.

Full Time, Permanent

The Multi Skilled Operative will:

  • Carry out planned and reactive works within the agreed times and to the highest standard, complying with current regulations and clients specifications
  • Inspection of plant & equipment, ensuring results are captured accurately
  • Working either as part of the maintenance team completing small maintenance activities or work independently on minor tasks without local supervision
  • Able to carry out works as per agreed timeframes ensuring practical completion is achieved as scheduled
  • Undertake a range of maintenance repairs including installation of building fabric and civil repairs and items
  • Management & replenishment of local site stock
  • Deliveries of material between sites and local suppliers
  • Sites Waste Management
  • Observing the highest levels of health and safety at all times and ensure the best possible working practices are adhered.
  • Patching & Painting
  • Overall site welfare duties
  • Will be comfortable working at height

About You:


Essential Criteria

  • Demonstrate relevant experience preferably within the maintenance or construction industry

Desirable Criteria

  • Trade Qualification
  • Experience carrying out Planned Maintenance Tasks
  • Current Full UK Driver's License
