SEGULA Technologies serves Clients in the Nuclear Energy sector. We focus on design, construction, installation, commissioning, operation, maintenance, decommissioning and dismantling also covering logistics and documentation.


Job Description:

We are currently looking for a Project Control Consultant to join our Colleagues in Bristol.

  • Budget forecasting and reporting (annual and monthly cycles).
  • Budget assessment for additional work required by the client.
  • Management of change (internal and external processes), raise and progress Change Requests.
  • Contract management: preparation and responding to Early Warnings, Compensation Events, General Communications.
  • Development and production of performance reporting.
  • Analysis of activity levels within the Independent Buildings team to enable estimation of future workload for workforce planning purposes.
  • Coordination/facilitation of the risk management.
  • Coordination with the scheduling activities and document control.

Qualifications:


Essential:

  • Previous experience of project controls including:
  • Cost control
  • Risk management
  • Contract management
  • Project management
  • Governance & reporting (project KPIs)
  • Planning/scheduling
  • Interface with document control and delivery
  • Excellent MS Excel skills
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Exceptional organising skills
  • Ability to navigate in a complex project environment with multiple stakeholders.

Desirable:

  • Experience of working in a fast pace engineering project environment
  • Project and/or contract management training and/or qualification(s).
  • Knowledge of NEC Target Price contracts and previous use of
  • MS Excel VBA experience
  • Mantis tools knowledge
  • Ability to communicate in French
