A fantastic opportunity is available for an Internal Recruiter based in Biggleswade for an international company to assist the HR team with the full recruitment process for a 6 month contract.

What will the right person look like?

The ideal Internal Recruiter must have 2+ years previous recruitment experience, be willing to travel to different locations within the UK and ideally be part CIPD qualified.

What will you be doing?

Advertise all job vacancies
Manage company job portal for vacancies
Collate all received CVs and acknowledge accordingly
Sitting on interview panels where necessary
Provide relevant HR/Employment Law Advice to managers in relation to recruitment
Organise recruitment events
Working with the Head of HR to ensure that all overseas requirements on recruitment are met
Ensuring the company is meeting the requirements set in relation to eligibility to work

Hours/Salary/Benefits
The Internal Recruiter will be based in Biggleswade, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week. Competitive salary, private healthcare, attractive pension scheme and 23 days annual leave plus bank holidays. Free on-site parking.
