Are you a dedicated and experienced Education Support Tutor seeking a new challenge? Our SEN school in Hounslow is seeking an individual with a passion for supporting students with social, emotional, and mental health needs to join our team.

The school specializes in providing education to students with special educational needs and disabilities, with a focus on creating a supportive and inclusive environment that fosters positive relationships and student engagement.

About the Role:
As an Education Support Tutor, you will provide 1:1 and small group support to our students, helping them to achieve their full potential both academically and personally

Your duties will include:

Providing tailored support to students with social, emotional, and mental health needs
Developing and promoting a positive, inclusive learning environment
Collaborating with teachers and staff to create effective lesson plans and strategies for supporting each student
Monitoring and assessing student progress, and providing feedback to help them succeed
Participating in regular professional development opportunities to enhance your skills
Experience working as an Education Support Tutor or in a similar role
A strong understanding of the needs of students with social, emotional, and mental health needs
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
A positive, proactive, and flexible approach to work
