This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated self-starter who is proud and passionate about what they do and who understands how to grow B2B sales to join our fast growing and profitable business that has a great history of success as a solid foundation.


You will be responsible for driving our sales and customer engagement alongside being a key point of contact for the largest of clients as well as driving the overall sales & marketing strategy whilst leading a motivated sales team providing them with strategy,direction and the methodologies to deliver success.

You will be a great communicator, customer engagement driven and an excellent team player.

We're looking for a positive and dynamic personality, who is willing to take the initiative to drive the role and actively commit to developing their skills.

Role responsibilities:


  • Plan, develop and efficiently execute the Company's sales & marketing strategy;
  • Manage sales through the Company website;
  • Lead and manage the sales team by implementing and developing procedures and processes to ensure that all levels of the sales function operate efficiently and effectively, achieving their sales and margin targets;
  • Maintain good working relationships with customers by making regular visits, understanding their needs and anticipating new sales opportunities;
  • Deliver on department KPI's by preparing and analysing budget plans and ensuring that the sales team meet their targets;
  • Design sales and marketing campaigns to engage customers, thinking "out of the box"; and even better outside of your comfort zone.
  • Attend trade and industry events to build the Company brand image;
  • Track, monitor and create monthly sales and marketing reports;
  • Report on sales and marketing performance to the directors on a regular basis;
  • Proven experience in sales & marketing roles;
  • Line management and know how to get the best from a team through coaching and motivation;
  • Knowledge of data analysis and report writing;
  • Strong relationship building skills;
  • High level of communication, interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to influence at all levels;
  • Excellent written and verbal skills;
  • Flexible and cando attitude;
  • Excellent leadership skills;
  • A full, clean UK drivers' licence.
