- This position involves managing a portfolio of structural and latent defect claims across commercial, residential, and multi-unit properties on a cradle-to-grave basis.
- Attending site inspections and assessing damage,
- Diagnosing causation of defects and preparing preliminary reports,
- Reviewing technical documentation and providing expert advice to insurers and policyholders,
- Liaising with external engineers to develop scopes of repair,
and overseeing reinstatement works through to completion. - A full UK driving license.
Degree-level education with chartered status (e.g., MCIOB, MRICS, MICE). Ideally, an insurance qualification.
