Senior Estimator

Co. Antrim

Salary - Open to discussion


Due to continued growth within their construction team, I am currently working with a leader within their field who are seeking for a Senior Estimator to join their team on a permanent basis.


About you
- + 5 years' experience within building services

  • Experience in counting off, measuring and pricing projects

Duties

  • Log all tender enquiries and open electronic and paper tender files.
  • Prepare and send bid packages for suppliers to price including strict dates for return.
  • Identify inclusions and exclusions from our bid.
  • Liaise with internal teams at start of tender process to determine a methodology for contract completion.
  • Develop relationships with main contractors
  • Identify named suppliers and select appropriate alternative suppliers for tender.
  • Quantification of labour, materials and plant, based on takeoffs
  • Follow up with suppliers to ensure tender prices are received by agreed deadlines
  • Input all information on the Estimation software throughout the process
  • Other adhoc duties

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
Up to £60,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
