Business Administrator, Salisbury, £26,000
The
purpose of this role


Reporting to the General Manager, as a
Business Administrator you will be responsible for co-ordinating the day-to-day
administrative duties across the business, as well as supporting the
HR department with daily tasks.


As Business Administrator
you will be responsible for:


  • Co-ordinating daily
    HR tasks in line with company requirement as well as supporting the HR Manager in exceptional HR issues
  • Providing
    administrative support to the Senior Management Team
  • Ensuring all company documentation is up to date, including
    compliance for Health and Safety checks and general servicing
  • Acting as the
    liaison for the Company Pension Scheme

Skills & Experience

  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Ability to carry out highly confidential tasks in line with company policy
  • Previous HR experience is beneficial but not essential
