direct sales and marketing company based in the North, UK working with international brand clients. (Sky, Shell, British Heart Foundation, Hello Fresh, British Red Cross, Amnesty Int. to name just a few.)


Key Responsibilities:


Sales and Marketing:


  • Identify and target potential customers or clients.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads and opportunities.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.

Customer Relationship Management:


  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support.

Market Research:


  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
  • Identify new market opportunities and potential niches.
  • Provide feedback to the team regarding customer preferences and needs.

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in sales and marketing is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Goaloriented and selfmotivated with a competitive spirit.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:


  • Performance bonus

  • Liverpool City Centre: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • Sales: 1 year (preferred)
