Your Role:

As the Head of Operations, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing our day-to-day operations, optimising processes, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency

Your responsibilities will include:

Leading and motivating our operations team to achieve operational excellence.
Developing and implementing strategies to improve productivity and reduce costs.
Collaborating crossfunctionally with sales, marketing, and production teams to streamline processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
Managing inventory levels and supply chain logistics to meet demand and minimise waste.
Implementing best practices for health, safety, and environmental compliance.

What We're Looking For:

Experience in horticulture, agriculture, or a related industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
Proven experience in optimising operations and driving continuous improvement.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
