    Strategic Analyst Role

    We are at an exciting stage of growth, and as our first Strategy Analyst, you will play a critical role in shaping our strategic direction.

    About the Role

    This is a unique opportunity to work directly with the VP of Strategy & Operation Growth and contribute to high-impact strategic initiatives across the company. You will support the development and execution of strategic projects, drive data-driven decision-making, and help build the foundation for future growth.

    Main Responsibilities

    • Support the VP of Strategy & Operation Growth in day-to-day strategic initiatives, including market analysis, competitive intelligence, and business planning.
    • Conduct data-driven analysis to inform strategic decision-making and develop actionable insights.
    • Create and update company materials, including pitch decks, sales playbooks, buyer personas, and competitor analysis.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally to drive the execution of strategic initiatives and ensure alignment across the company.
    • Assist in developing and refining pricing models and forecasting tools.
    • Contribute to the creation and implementation of digital marketing campaigns and website updates.
    • Build and maintain balanced scorecards and internal processes for measuring success across different functions.
    • Assist in the refinement of go-to-market strategies, including channel partnerships, lead generation, and market positioning.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, or a related field. Advanced degrees (e.g., MBA) are a plus.
    • 3-7 years of experience in a strategy, business analysis, or operations role, preferably within enterprise software, SaaS, or tech industries.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data analysis, modelling, and creating actionable business insights.
    • Experience developing strategic materials such as pitch decks, sales toolkits, and competitive analysis.
    • Proven ability to manage and execute multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and adapt to changing priorities.
    • Experience working closely with sales, marketing, or product teams is a plus.
    • Proficiency in CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and data analytics software is preferred.
