Permanent / Part-time / 12+ Hours pre weekJob Role and Responsibilities:
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
- Dealing with customer queries both instore and over the phone.
- Product knowledge across a wide range of clothing/footwear/sports equipment
- Cash handling/Card transactions managing point of sales process.
- Assist with sales process by maintaining a fully stocked store.
- Manage internal transfers between stores.
- Visual merchandising of stock displays.
- Stock management
- General cleaning/housekeeping duties maintaining store standards.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures and participate in all job training.
Essential:
- GCSE English and Maths or equivalent essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The capacity to work effectively and accurately within a fastpaced environment.
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Basic administration skills/computer literate.
- A willingness to follow orders.
- Problem solving skills and the ability to use own initiative.
- Must be fully flexible including evenings and weekends.

Salary:
£5.95-£10.42 per hour
