How you'll change it up


Joining our busy Service Operations team, you'll be coordinating the delivery of our customer connections across all workstreams, helping to ensure that these connections, KPIs and objectives are delivered on time, within scope and to the agreed budget.

Day to day, this is some of what you can expect to be doing:


  • Creating and maintaining comprehensive reporting documentation making sure SharePoint and Salesforce are updated and maintained
  • Coordinating regional activities by working with stakeholders to enable the delivery of our targets
  • Monitoring and tracking delivery progress against KPIs and budgets identifying risks and supporting mitigation activities
  • Successfully managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders

What you'll bring to the role


You'll have strong project or operations coordination experience gained working on large and complex projects, alongside excellent communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.


You'll also bring the following with you:

  • Experience creating and delivering project risk mitigations
  • Ability to develop and manage project budgets
  • Strong MS Office skills
- including Excel, Project, Word, and PowerPoint

  • Some CRM exposure
