Company and Role Overview Our client is currently in the market for an Education Manager to come and join their busy team


Main responsibilities:


  • Delivery of products and services for the Schemes currently in place, to high standards as agreed with or directed by the senior management team.
  • Direct line management of their team on a daytoday basis, promoting teamwork, individual and collective accountability/responsibility.
  • Actively supporting team members through effective appraisals, developing individual and group career development plans and addressing concerns they raise in a timely manner.
  • Actively pursuing continuous improvement in the systems and processes currently in place.
  • Assisting with delivery and contributing to strategy and business planning when required
  • Contributing to the Scheme's Key Performance Indications (KPIs).
  • Providing timely and accurate reports for groups and committees as required by those committees or the Education senior team.
  • Managing the budget for the area of work for which you have responsibility.
  • Providing management and oversight of the processes related to invoicing and expenses related to the Scheme.
  • Keeping accurate and uptodate financial records of activities in their areas of responsibility.

Requirements:


  • Experience in an education or regulatory environment.
  • Ability to lead and manage a team of staff, developing and supporting and motivating them to deliver for trainees.
  • Experience handling and/or meeting stakeholder expectations, engagement, and satisfaction.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
