We are looking for a passionate and driven Sales Supervisor at our site in Southall UB12LF.

The Sales Supervisor will oversee operations as well as the following:
,

• Directly Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales and related workers
• Establish and monitor work schedules to meet sales and productivity targets
• Determine or recommend staffing and other needs to meet sales and productivity targets
• Liaise with managers to resolve any operational issues.
• You will be organised, resultsdriven and enjoy being "hands on" in the day to day running of your store
• An enthusiastic peopleperson, your customer service skills are second to none
• Great at multitasking and prioritising tasks daily
• Be able to achieve sales targets and work under pressure
• Take great pride in presentation and have an eye for detail
• Report as required to managerial staff

Salary:
£22,500.00 per year
