The Supply Room is currently seeking a Teaching Assistant to work with students aged 7-19 at a Specialist School in Lymington, Hampshire.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting students with a diagnosis of Autism in developing their Life Skills through individual or small group work.

Your role will involve working closely with teachers to implement tailored learning plans, providing one-on-one support to students, and assisting with classroom management.

Previous experience working with children or vulnerable adults is desirable but not essential, as long as you possess a passion for working with others and a commitment to making a positive impact in the education sector.

This is a permanent position with a pay rate of £95-£100 per day, offering a 16-week temporary-to-permanent contract from day 1.

Working hours are 8:30am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday
