The Role- Requirements
- Comprehensive technical knowledge of all aspects of Electrical building services
- Attend, present and chair both internal and external meetings
- Ensure all tender documents have been reviewed and understood (i.e. Prelims, T&C's, BREEAM, Fire Strategy, Acoustics, BIM etc.)
- Willing and able to work as part of a team with personal skills to promote good relationships and a friendly working environment
- Commercial acumen to ensure tenders are financially sound
- Make sure M&E abnormal are included for both disciplines
- Proactive and approachable
- Agree strategy for use of names specialists or 'equal' alternatives detailed within the documents
