Responsibilities:


Overall responsibility for UK tax reporting and compliance for matters relating to the firm's advisory entities as well as providing assistance to senior management in the area of transfer pricing and employee taxes.

Reporting and compliance

  • Preparation and filing of all entiites across the Group (group topco, trading partnership) tax return
  • Preparation and filing of UK corporate entities tax return
  • Preparation of deferred tax calculations and tax disclosure for group accounts
  • Computation and filing of PAYE Settlement Agreement
  • Preparation and filing of ERS return
Advisory

  • Assist senior management in contractors' employment status reviews
  • Point of contact for employee tax queries
Transfer pricing

  • Putting together residual profit split model
  • Preparation of transfer pricing documentation

Experience and Qualifications:


  • Confident with numbers/numerate
  • Selfstarter
  • Attention to detail and can work accurately under pressure
  • Proactive and organised
  • Can work well as part of a small team
  • Willingness to learn
  • Qualified ACA or ACCA or ATT an advantage
