As a Physiotherapist in our Wellness Team, you'll deliver high-quality, person-centred care Based on the Redcliffe Peninsula, working across the Moreton Bay and Brisbane North community, supporting older people to live with independence, dignity, and choice.

As a Physiotherapist, you will:

• Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy services in the community and on-site
• Complete comprehensive assessments and develop tailored care plans
• Support mobility, independence, reablement, falls prevention and pain management
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• Maintain high-quality clinical documentation and communication
• Contribute to a positive safety, quality and clinical governance culture

This role may also involve supporting staff, students or volunteers with safe manual handling practices.

Desired Skills and Experience

About You

You are a motivated, compassionate Physiotherapist who:

• Holds a Physiotherapy qualification with current registration
• Is passionate about client-centred, relationship-based care
• Communicates clearly and professionally
• Manages your time well and works confidently with autonomy
• Enjoys collaborating within a multidisciplinary team
• Is eager to learn, grow and contribute to service improvement
• Experience in aged care is desirable but not essential

What You'll Need

• Current professional registration
• Driver's licence and reliable vehicle
• First Aid & CPR
• Satisfactory police check (or willingness to obtain through BallyCara)
• Right to work in Australia
• COVID-19 and Influenza vaccinations highly recommended
