The Associate Consultant works with more senior team members to help deliver our WorkForce Software (WFS) Suite (Time, Scheduling, Integrations, etc.) in a way that solves the unique business challenges for each customer.

The Associate Consultant works with the Global Services project teams to help ensure the WFS Suite products being developed comply with the needs of the customer and are delivered successfully by gathering and defining the customer's documented workforce management business requirements and validating their expected results.

They continue to develop their skills in consulting, leadership client relationships, and in the knowledge of WFS Products by taking WFS product suite training courses and maintaining certifications.


Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for participating in the gathering and identifying customer business requirements from users, customers, and other stakeholders. This includes creating, maintaining business requirement documents, noticeable use cases and process diagrams.
  • Participate and eventually help facilitate client workshops either onsite or remotely demonstrating understanding in best practices during the implementation of Workforce Management Software
  • Help maintain requirements and keep records of important project artifacts in designated project repository
  • Organise multiple tasks and prioritize as needed to meet deadlines
  • Attend and participate in team meetings
  • Follow process and continuously improve skills by following procedures and processes established by the Consultant Competency Team Leaders
  • Provide status updates with Project Managers, customers, and stakeholders on project status
  • Partner with all WFS internal teams during project phases to ensure successful customer implementation
  • Assist internal WFS team with software testing along with roll out and golive activities such as data loads and system initialization
  • Become familiar with aspects of labour laws and how they impact employers and their employees
  • Conduct webbased and onsite customer solution training workshops
  • Attend training courses and undertake selflearning as required to further develop the skills and knowledge necessary for continued success
  • Maintain WFS Product Suite certifications required to perform the role
  • Able to consider the customer needs in the development of strategic plans
  • Troubleshoot issues and escalate problems to appropriate technical experts
  • Track billable and nonbillable project hours
  • Work on project implementation assignments and follows standard practices and procedures in analysing situations or data

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with or background in HR, Payroll, or Workforce Management, considered a bonus
