This role is based in Farnborough, Hampshire with 2 days per week in the office, but fully remote working will also be considered.

Our office is within walking distance of the train station and has free parking.

Work life balance is important to us and so we are open to discussion on flexible working patterns and part-time working (minimum 4 days per week).


Role:


This role will involve collaborating closely with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure the smooth execution of projects and the timely collection of necessary information.


  • Collect and organize data related to project contracts, including terms, specifications, pricing, and deadlines.
  • Maintain accurate records of contractrelated communications and documentation.
  • Collaborate with project managers and procurement teams to ensure timely and accurate collection of contract data.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other projectrelated documents.
  • Provide general administrative support to the project management team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
  • Utilise Microsoft 365 (M365) tools such as Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams to manage projectrelated tasks and communication.
  • Assist in maintaining project databases, tracking systems, and document repositories.
  • Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure adherence to schedules and deadlines. Handle adhoc administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.

Person:

  • Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in project administration or procurement but not essential.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with internal teams and external suppliers.
  • Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Experience with contract management systems or databases is a plus.
