    Description

    We are currently recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to join an established regional contractor in their specialist residential development and contracting division, which operates across the south coast on a range of commercial schemes with a turnover exceeding £60 million annually.

    The company has secured several new schemes set to commence in early 2025 and has secured turnover projections through to 2027.

    The target opportunities lie across Dorset, Hampshire, and West Sussex, with recent award of a contract worth approximately £14 million to build a new industrial development in Portsmouth consisting of steel-framed distribution units and smaller office buildings.

    You will be required to collaborate with the estimating and development teams, assist with cost planning and forecasting prior to subcontractor procurement, and subsequently manage the following site duties:

    1. Package management
    2. Payments
    3. Valuations
    4. Running the variation account
    5. Remeasures
    6. Forecasting
    7. Reporting
    8. CVR's
