We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Workforce Business Partner to join our Business Partnering Team.


We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, and experienced professional who will bring energy to tackling some of the key workforce issues we face in our Health Board.


You will lead by example in terms of promoting and upholding the values and behaviours of our Health Board and will continue to drive a culture of continuous improvement to achieve our workforce priorities.


You will be taking on an interesting and varied role, reporting to the Group Workforce Business Partner and working alongside high calibre staff, focusing on providing the best environment and services to both our patients and colleagues.


We are looking for an experienced HR practitioner to work within a friendly and vibrant team, supporting and enabling leaders in one of our Service Delivery Units - Primary, Community and Therapies, to implement our workforce strategies, plans and interventions.


Within this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your operational and strategic portfolio working in a fast paced but supportive environment.


You will need to be confident in your approach and will have the ability to inspire confidence and coach managers you support.

You will have excellent interpersonal and influencing skills alongside a pro-active and flexible approach to your work.


NHS experience is preferable but not essential provided you have the relevant skills and experience which are transferable to an NHS environment.

You will need to show good communication skills, an analytical mind and the ability to interpret workforce metrics and drive through improvements.
