Possessing a high-quality threshold, the Board are seeking to appoint an ambitious, technically astute, commercially savvy qualified Finance professional to join their talented team.

The role will build partnerships with key stakeholders across various business areas. You will influence decision-making and improve the understanding of business performance.

You will monitor spend on capital projects, play a key role in budgeting and forecasting, prepare month end management accounts and understand key drivers.

Reporting to a highly capable and supportive Line Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparation of month end management accounts and with clear and concise commentary information
  • Monitoring spend on capital projects ensuring all relevant costs have been capitalised and budgets are closely monitored.
  • Build strong relationships across the Business Areas and work collaboratively across teams.
  • Play a key role in budgeting and forecasting process defining and gathering inputs in partnership with your key stakeholders.
  • Supporting operational team providing financial analysis and commentary to understand key variances to budget.
Since its inception 5 years ago, the business continues to evolve at pace. With a significant growth forecast over the next few years, the business is keen to introduce new talent. You will be ACCA/ACA/CA Qualified, and this may well be your first or second move in Industry. You will be motivated, pragmatic and precise, interpersonally savvy, results focused and possess a pro-active attitude.
