This is a 12 month fixed term position.

As Brand Partnerships Executive, you'll have the exciting opportunity to support the delivery of the brand partnership strategy and plan.
This role plays a critical part in making sure LNER is the automatic choice for travel along our route, by delivering bold, engaging, and impactful activity with regional and national partners.
No two days will be the same as you'll be working on exciting partnership events, developing activations with our sports partners and getting to go out and about on our route.
You'll lead on the execution of some of our always-on partnerships, such as stadiums and football clubs to engage fans and communities.

- Support the Brand Partnerships Manager to deliver key partnerships in line with our brand partnerships strategy and plan.
- Creating marketing materials and brand assets, leading on partner campaigns from ideation through to completion, organising and delivering event experiences.
- Day to day lead for the management of some of our key partners including football clubs, stadiums and destination marketing organisation along our route.
- Nurture and maximize existing partner relationships carry out frequent reviews to understand performance and review outputs
- Day to day liaison with partners building strong relationships with the teams, challenging them to create and deliver amazing work, ensuring high levels of efficiency across retained and project fees to bring maximum return on investment.
- Act as an engaging ambassador for the LNER brand with all potential partners across the full spectrum from negotiation through to representation at key events and hosting stakeholders at partner engagements.
- Work closely with the LNER Brand team to ensure all campaigns and partnerships are in line with our brand vision and adhere to our brand and tone of voice guidelines ensuring consistency across all channels.
- Working closely with marketing communications channel owners across LNER to amplify any relevant activity, extending the reach and helping brand partnerships contribute to other teams objectives,
- Be engaging and influential, able to negotiate at all levels
- Be results driven, able to think commercially about all activity
- Positive team player and ability to drive crossfunctional working
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Excellent project management skills
- Able to utilise data to drive activity and make sound business decision
- A relevant marketing/partnership qualification would be advantageous as would experiential marketing experience
This role is based from our Head Offices in London or York but will involve travelling on our route to meet stakeholders and visit stations.
