Supporting Manager to achieve required standards to make sure Health & Safety & Quality are paramount to meet stakeholders and client expectations.
- Keeping documentation up to date as required including but not limited to
- Auditing of crews.
- Gate Checks on Crews.
- Compliance Checks on Operatives.
- KPIs to be met.
- Daily Info to be kept up to date.
- Reviewing of POWRA.
- Reviewing of HAVS.
- Reviewing of PUWER records.
- Reviewing of TM Risk Assessments.
- Assessment of new works for quoting.
- Assessing next days works and allocating resource ready for the next day.
- Taking calls from operatives to resolve any issues arising from site.
- Stock/control & ordering.
- Support the implementation of changes to facilitate continual improvement.
Customer Focus
- Work proactively to build strong client relationships with customers & counterparts and other stakeholders.
- Attend Health & Safety Meetings.
- Keep up to date with management systems.
- Hand out TBTs when required to keep operatives up to date with any changes.
- Review of complaints from customers.
Salary:
£145.00-£175.00 per day

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Sussex: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
