Dynamic Total Solutions Property Security Company is seeking a fencing supervisor to join their team.

Propertysec is a growing security company providing fencing, temporary security systems and boarding solutions to the UK commercial property sector.

Location:
Chichester
Join our thriving team at Propertysec as a key Fence Installer Supervisor and work with a diverse range of fencing styles, such as:

• Steel Railings
• Steel Palisade

• V-Mesh, 35

• Ballast mounted mesh
• Heras
• Gate installation

Key Qualifications:

• Solid experience in diverse fence installations
• Driving Licence is a must
• Possession of a CSCS card
• Ideally, min 2 years of experience in Fence installation
• Blue card holder, or willingness to obtain Blue Card
• SMSTS or SSTS beneficial (willingness to train)

Operational Details:

• Working on assignments across London & the South
• Leading the team
• Managing subcontractor labour
• Organising materials & logistics
• Completing surveys
• This is a fulltime position

The role also requires multi-tasking across all company disciplines, from steel boarding void properties, installing temporary security systems, full training provided.

Compensation Details:

This is a perfect position for someone with ambition who wants to move up the ladder and learn new skills within a supportive environment.

• Salary £35,000
• Overtime

Working Schedule:

• Monday to Friday with opportunities for overtime.
