JOB TITLE:
Campaign Delivery Lead (Onshore Position)**
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Management of a Cross-Asset Maintenance team (Inclusive of onshore support and offshore supervision where applicable) to deliver Petrofac's agreed work scopes
  • Observe and adhere to the Petrofac/client safety culture (act as a role model for safety behaviour)
  • Understand and contribute to the Maintenance Team's performance against the contract key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Manage a crossasset campaign maintenance team (onshore and offshore)
  • Proactively identify and implement 'Best Practice' across the Maintenance Team
  • Continually identify and propose improvement initiatives
  • Manage the Maintenance Team in order to maximise the effective delivery of Petrofac work scopes as defined in the O&M contract
  • Observe and adhere to the Petrofac/client safety culture (act as a role model for safety behaviour)
  • Understand and contribute to the Maintenance Team's performance against the contract key performance indicators (KPIs)

  • Continually identify and propose improvement initiatives
  • Manage the Maintenance Team in order to maximise the effective delivery of Petrofac work scopes as defined in the O&M contract
  • Ensure the Maintenance Team are supported as necessary in order to maintain zero safety incidents
  • Manage a campaign maintenance team, inclusive of onshore support and offshore supervision where applicable.
  • Produce and maintain Campaign RACI charts (and process documentation) for specific client arrangements
  • Ensure planning gate criteria is understood and adhered to
  • Prepare work digitally using the 'Digital Twin' where applicable and prepare digital workflows for technicians to use offshore.
  • Manage all aspects of work readiness assurance process for Petrofac work scopes including actively planning work and liaising with scheduling team.
  • Act as Focal Point for the delivery of cross asset contract KPIs to ensure a consistent performance
  • Proactively manage optimal maintenance reporting in SAP to support effective maintenance delivery
  • Manage nonproductive time (NPT) and identify initiatives to increase productivity
  • Liaise with other Maintenance Asset teams toprovide an integrated service across all BP assets
  • Attend and participate in relevant Petrofac/Client maintenance and planning meetings/forums
  • Proactively contribute, where necessary, to the recruitment, training, and competence of technicians
  • Actively encourage and respond to customer feedback
  • Drive for continuous improvement over all aspects of our service and provide demonstrable proof of actual success to the clients
  • Approve Petrofac PO's, expenses and timesheets to a predetermined financial limit
  • Conduct appraisals for reportees
  • Make regular offshore visits
  • Call on support from the wider Petrofac business where applicable to deliver any additional work scopes requested by the Client
  • Sharing of lessons learnt and best contract practices with other Petrofac service line managers and drive continuous improvement for Campaign delivery
  • Thorough appreciation of maintenance operations within an oil and gas environment
  • Appreciation of Control of Work systems
  • Extensive knowledge of maintenance management systems (Maximo/SAP)
  • Extensive knowledge of maintenance practices / procedures / legislation
  • Experience of coordinating / managing maintenance work scopes
  • Understanding of hazardous area electrical equipment standards
  • Qualifications Higher National Diploma or equivalent practical experience
  • In the event of an emergency, carry out such duties as identified in the emergency response procedure or as directed by the Operations Manager.
