Snug Hospitality is an ambitious operator of comfortable, warm & cosy pubs across the east of England.

We're currently looking for Front of House Team Members for The Kings Head Cromer to assist the Pub Manager in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high operational standards.

THE ROLE

We're on the lookout for a friendly and passionate team members to join our front of house team at The Kings Head, Cromer.

The venue is an entertainment led pub in the centre of Cromer, offering a wide range of drinks and good quality pub food focused on delivering quick and simple service.

Your job is to make sure our customers have a great time whilst they are with us in a warm & welcoming environment.

Flexible hours shifts from 48hrs across daytimes, evenings & weekends
Competitive pay £9.5ph over 23yo, £9.2ph 2122yo, £8.5ph 1820yo, £ yo

Focusing on delivering great service every day you will be responsible for building relationships with our customers, from locals & regulars to fist time visitors.

Whilst taking orders, meeting sales targets, serving food & drink and clearing tables are all part of the role the most important part will be ensuring customers have a great experience
