Are you currently a Service Advisor or working in the Automotive Industry but looking for something a little bit different then this could be the job for you.


This is an exciting role with a leading supplier of Garage Management Software for the Automotive Industry across the UK and Ireland, recently winning Garage Management System of the Year 2023.

This is a fabulous team to work with and you will be supported and mentored from day one who have the "One-Team" mentality.

If you have B2B Customer Success or any Automotive Industry experience, this could be the role for you.

Garage Hive is a young company but has already established itself in the industry as innovative, community-driven and dynamic. Whilst providing software and business tools that help independent garages across the UK, Ireland and South Africa to keep improving and growing their businesses, we ensure each individual relationship with our customers is personal and unique


Your primary objective is to actively engage with potential customers, ensuring that Garage Hive aligns seamlessly with their specific requirements and needs.


Your focus will be on demonstrating how our software can effectively enhance their operational efficiency, streamline processes, and ultimately contribute to increased profits.

In addition, you will play a crucial role in building relationships with customers, overseeing their onboarding process, and ensuring key milestones are met.


Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Communicate to potential customers the capabilities of our software.
  • Identify customer's needs through initial calls/demonstrations.
  • Work closely with the customer to ensure the transition through onboarding process is as smooth as possible.
  • Work collaboratively with other internal teams to get the best outcome for customers
  • Keeping opportunities statutes up to date within our CRM system.

Essential

  • Excellent communication and presentational skills, including the ability to articulate technical to nontechnical.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent customer service, communication management.
  • Selfstarter with ability to operate without continuous direction.
  • Willingness to learn and grow knowledge (particularly in Microsoft Business Apps Ecosystem)
  • The ability and willingness to build and develop productive relationships with internal and external customers
  • Experience of working proactively to help clients utilise the products and services they've purchased

Desirable

  • Experience with onboarding and training clients
  • Automotive Industry Experience.
  • Proven experience of working with technical products, software and products
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • 2+ years' experience in a similar B2B customer success role
This role will be office based with working hours between 8:30am-5:30pm, Monday to Friday.


You'll be joining a sociable team full of like-minded individuals all with the willingness for you and the team to succeed.

From £30,000.00 per year
