Decarbonisation Project Officer

£36,994.00 per annum

37hours per week

Based from Cardiff, agile working.

Fixed Term Contract for 2 years

The opportunity:
Linc Cymru are offering an exciting opportunity to join our Asset Management team as a Decarbonisation Project Officer.

You will be responsible for supporting the wider team with regards to the procurement, contract management and delivery of decarbonisation investment programmes in accordance with the contract and Group requirements.

What we need from you:

Experience of working in large scale planned works programmes.
Understanding of CDM 2015 Regulations and related construction Health and Safety matters.
Experience of working with contractors within a framework meeting statutory requirements.
Understanding of the need for excellent customer service.
Selfmotivated and able to work under pressure and in a structured manner without close supervision.
Knowledge of business culture and demonstratesSPIRIT values.
