As the Head of Sales your primary responsibility will be to drive revenue growth achieve sales targets.

You will play a crucial role in developing and executing the sales strategy, managing a team of sales professionals, and establishing strong relationships with key clients and partners.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead the sales team, maximising its potential and ensuring hitting sales targets.
  • Design and implement a multichannel sales strategy, across direct, indirect, partnerships and social media.
  • Manage the sales headcount in accordance with the company strategy and expand the existing sales headcount

Essential Requirements

  • Comfortable in a fastpaced environment and fully accountable for delivering on time
  • Extensive managerial experience in the Payments industry, in highrisk verticals (e.g., Crypto
  • You should have exceptional closing and dealmaking experience at C level
