THE COMPANY
The company is a private equity backed high growth SME multi-site leisure and fitness sector operator. With multiple new sites planned year on year they are on an ambitious growth plan.

They are now seeking an equally ambitious Finance Director, as the lead finance person, reporting directly to the CEO to help grow the company.

The position can be based London or Manchester. The salary package includes bonus, car allowance and in due course, equity participation.


THE POSITION - LONDON OR MANCHESTER BASED
Working alongside the CEO, the Finance Director will play a key role in the roll out of new sites, development and growth of the company and support further fund raising


Responsibilities include:

  • Business partnering the CEO and management
  • Support fundraising
  • Supporting the roll out of new sites
  • Strategic and financial commercial input
  • Business and financial planning, financial analysis, financial modelling KPI management
  • Cash flow management, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Manage the finance function, management, and statutory reporting
  • Development of financial processes, controls, and systems to keep pace with and support growth

THE CANDIDATE
The salary banding advertised is a guideline, the remuneration offered will be commensurate upon experience.
