Kitchen Porter

Monday to Friday, 40 hour a week, £24,856 per annum


Fooditude needs a Kitchen Porter to join our kitchen team and assist with ensuring the kitchen is running smoothly and is clean, safe and hygienic at all times.


Our Kitchen Porter will be responsible to ensure dishes, equipment and crockery are cleaned in a timely manner, to help put away and store deliveries, ensure bins are emptied and clean, and assist the kitchen team with ensuring clean equipment is available.

You will be joining our team of porters in our industrial kitchen based in South Bermondsey. Please note, heavy lifting is required for this role.

The shift pattern is Monday to Thursday 9am - 5:30pm and Friday 8:30am - 5pm.


We are looking for someone who:

  • Has previous Kitchen Porter experience
  • Is friendly and enthusiastic
  • Good level of English speaking and writing
  • Able to take direction and use own initiative
  • Willing to help wherever needed and isn't afraid to get stuck in
