Description

A newly created position for a prestigious legal 500 law firm offering a commercial litigation solicitor (or chartered legal executive) with at least 1 year's PQE to join the established and busy commercial litigation department in its central Bristoloffice.

You will enjoy an extremely varied caseload across a range of commercial matters, including, but not limited to, shareholder & partnership disputes, professional negligence claims, land & property claims building & construction disputes, receivership & liquidationclaims and debt recovery.

This is a hands-on position, so you will ideally need at least one year's experience within commercial litigation, but it will be rewarding as there will be lots of support to enable your technical skills to flourish.

With a straightforward approach, my client understands that real value lies within its lawyers, so there is a particular emphasis on developing staff and providing any training that may be required.

Alongside a competitive salary (dependent on your experience and expertise) and the opportunity to work flexibly, you will also receive a generous performance bonus upon exceeding set targets.
