About Our Client:


This is an immediate start role for a Customer Service Team Leader to join a public sector business on a 6 month fixed term basis.

This position may then lead to a potential extension or a permanent job offering.

As a Customer Service Team Leader you will;

  • Manage a team of diverse staff members who provide front line customer service to onsite visitors
  • Ensuring the team has accurate staff rotas
  • Setting up day plans with the team
  • Running in 11's and providing coaching on any training needs

The Successful Applicant:

As the successful Customer Service Team Leader you will;

  • Have previous experience within a senior customer service role
  • Confident with helping other team members
  • Ability to manage a small team efficiently
  • Use of own intuitive
  • Be available on a shift rotation (only ever 5 working days per week, on a 5 week rotation)
