About Our Client:
This is an immediate start role for a Customer Service Team Leader to join a public sector business on a 6 month fixed term basis.
As a Customer Service Team Leader you will;
- Manage a team of diverse staff members who provide front line customer service to onsite visitors
- Ensuring the team has accurate staff rotas
- Setting up day plans with the team
- Running in 11's and providing coaching on any training needs
The Successful Applicant:
As the successful Customer Service Team Leader you will;
- Have previous experience within a senior customer service role
- Confident with helping other team members
- Ability to manage a small team efficiently
- Use of own intuitive
- Be available on a shift rotation (only ever 5 working days per week, on a 5 week rotation)
