We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an HR Administrator.
This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented professional who is willing to study for a professional qualification and travel to various sites within the UK as required.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Administer onboarding and orientation processes for new employees.
- Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts, new hire guides, employee newsletters.
- Organise and maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in the HR system.
- Support employee relations activities and assist in conflict resolution.
- Provide administrative support for HRrelated tasks, including filing, document preparation, and correspondence.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with management to address employee development needs.
- Prepare and analyse HR reports as required.
- Stay updated on industry trends and employment legislation.
Qualifications:
- Ideally holding or working towards a CIPD Level 3 Certificate.
- Previous experience in HR or administrative role preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Willingness to study for a further professional HR qualification.
- Flexibility to travel to various sites within the UK.
Other requirements:
- Proven work experience as a HR Administrator/HR Administrative Assistant.
- Experience with HR Software, like Sage.
- Thorough knowledge of employment law.
- Excellent organisational skills, with an ability to prioritise important projects.
- Fulltime onsite working, this is not a hybrid working role.

£28,000.00 per year
