Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an HR Administrator.

This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented professional who is willing to study for a professional qualification and travel to various sites within the UK as required.


Responsibilities:


  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
  • Administer onboarding and orientation processes for new employees.
  • Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts, new hire guides, employee newsletters.
  • Organise and maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in the HR system.
  • Support employee relations activities and assist in conflict resolution.
  • Provide administrative support for HRrelated tasks, including filing, document preparation, and correspondence.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with management to address employee development needs.
  • Prepare and analyse HR reports as required.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and employment legislation.

Qualifications:


  • Ideally holding or working towards a CIPD Level 3 Certificate.
  • Previous experience in HR or administrative role preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Willingness to study for a further professional HR qualification.
  • Flexibility to travel to various sites within the UK.

Other requirements:


  • Proven work experience as a HR Administrator/HR Administrative Assistant.
  • Experience with HR Software, like Sage.
  • Thorough knowledge of employment law.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with an ability to prioritise important projects.
  • Fulltime onsite working, this is not a hybrid working role.

Job Types:

Salary:
£28,000.00 per year
