Operations Coordinator


Supporting 2 Managing Directors and the Operations Director, you will be responsible for coordinating our project's process and providing administration support to the wider Project Teams.


We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive individual who has some experience in a similar role and is engaging in their approach and confident in dealing with people at all levels.


Your main responsibilities will include:


  • Providing secretarial and administrative support for Sales, Pre-Contracts, and Design
  • Collaborating with the Graphic Designer to prepare pitch presentation documents (Design Proposal, Fit-Out Proposal, Construction Proposal, and Marketing Brochures) for Client pitches
  • Ensure the completion and management of the commitment to the PC guide for every project
  • Prepare Contract Documents, Pre-Qualification Questionnaires and Credentials Documents
  • Diary management including room booking, catering, and arranging team events


You will be able to demonstrate 2+ years' experience in a similar role and experience in Design and Build or Bid Coordination would be an advantage.

You will have strong administrative skills with advanced Word, Excel and PowerPoint and have an eye for detail.

You will have an interest in team coordination, document control and have a strong work ethic and a personable manner.

The company does not have a fixed salary scale and will pay an appropriate and fair salary based on experience and abilities.
