Intelligence and deployment are two key elements which underpin the operational delivery of the ASEL Ltd risk Model (ARM).

As a CIC Tactical Co-ordinator you will be at the cutting edge of UK business crime reduction and intelligent crime strategy.

You will be a critical part of the most effective private Command and Intelligence Centre in the UK supporting our 'single, centralised' international Command and Intelligence Centre forming a stable platform for all customer security operations - increasing safety, reducing crime and reducing costs for all of our subscribers.

Main duties / key responsibilities:

  • Monitoring and proactively operating closed circuit TV systems
  • High visibility security patrols on foot and in a vehicle reporting and dealing with any issues that may arise
  • Client opens up/lock down
  • Alarm response
  • Access control
  • Controlling and issuing keys
  • Key holding
  • Using telephone equipment for inbound and outbound calls
  • Maintaining administration processes including log books registers
  • Manage out of hours allocation of resource to risk for multiple customers
  • Monitoring multiple radio channels respond, assist and escalate where required
  • Support a culture of continuous improvement and quality management
  • Data processing
  • Incident reporting
  • Any other associated task required by Command & Intelligence Centre management

Working relationships:

Internal:

This role reports into the Command and Intelligence Centre Manager but will work collaboratively across all departments to deliver critical operational outputs.


External:
This role will be a critical friend to ASEL Ltd customers. Sound relationships will be fostered with all CIC supported customers and wider stakeholders.

The role will also involve liaising with UK Police force and external business crime reduction partnership operations on a national basis.


Essential:


  • A good standard of general education is required to fulfil the requirements of the role
  • Full UK car driving licence.
  • CCTV & Security licence

Desirable:


  • A higher education qualification in an analytical field.
  • Leadership and management.

Previous work experience required:

Desirable:


  • At least 2 years' experience of delivering any of the following; Working as a data analyst in a retail environment, Police and intelligence
  • Intelligence gathering role

Knowledge and experience:


Essential:


  • Proven ability of delivering tasks on time, to spec and on budget.
  • A demonstrable ability to constantly improve systems, process' and results.

Personal skills/behaviours/qualities:


Desirable:


  • A high degree of selfawareness and evidence of a structured personal/career plan.
  • A high degree of influencing skills
  • An open, honest, professional, and friendly disposition with a keen eye to detail.
  • Good completer/finisher skills will be needed to ensure that projects are delivered to the required standard and on time.

Additional information:


  • Local travel may be required to fulfil this role and so the job holder should be able to drive in the UK.
  • The job holder is likely to have to visit other Companies and so should be personally well presented and give a good impression of the Company to others.
