Property Management looking for a free lance roofer to attend to the roof repairs on our portfolio


Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Inspect roofs for damage and determine the best repair procedures
• Install new roofs, including shingles, tiles, and metal materials
• Repair or replace damaged or old roofs
• Use power tools to cut, shape, and install roofing materials
• Work with various materials such as asphalt, wood, metal, and shingles
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment

Experience:

• Proven experience in roofing or related field
• Ability to work with power tools and hand tools
• Knowledge of roofing materials and techniques
• Experience in welding, fabricating, carpentry, plumbing, masonry, or building is a plus
