Outbound Telesales

Belfast

Salary 24k - 28k DOE. OTE 40k plus.
Our client, a market leading business telecoms provider is looking to add Outbound Sales Advisors to their growing team.

You will be responsible for promoting a portfolio including Broadband, Mobile and Hosted Telephony services to both existing customers and new prospects.


Your responsibilities day to day will be

  • Contacting potential new customers
  • Processing sales leads and referrals
  • Discussing the portfolio and solutions over the phone with business contacts.
  • Meet and exceed agreed sales, quality and productivity targets.
  • Fully explaining features and benefits of our products to potential customers.
  • Obtaining additional orders or referrals from current customers.

What is expected of you?

  • At least 1 year deskbased sales experience
  • Confident communicator
  • Ability to build rapport with a range of business contacts
  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
  • Desire to hit targets in order to maximise your earnings.
  • Ability to learn new skills with the ability to think on your feet.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • Commission pay
