About The Role
The Foxtons Property Management and Lettings Support department provides a variety of services for landlords and tenants.

One such service is Credit Control and Rent Collection which ensures that where a landlord has instructed Foxtons to collect rent fromtheir tenant that we are receiving the funds and querying when they are not paid.

Core responsibilities of the role:

Ensure intervals are hit to ensure any court proceedings would be successful
When required, attend court proceeding to provide evidence in cases where a tenant is being evicted for rent arrears
Advise landlords of rent arrears and keep them informed until payment received
Provide landlords with clear explanation of procedures, timings, and available options

About You

Whilst you are not required to have previous property-related experience, previous debt collection or credit control experience in any field is imperative.

As a Credit Controller, you will have excellent communication skills, a professional telephone manner, and brilliant attention to detail. We are also looking for someone who is enthusiastic and self-motivated.
